WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME TO RECEIVE IMAGES BACK?
Our Couples receive all original images within 48 hours or less. Video may take a little longer depending on how late the crew was on site. The sooner you toss the bouquet the sooner you get your media from your day.
DO YOU OFFER DRONE?
We do provide drone footage at most weddings but it is not a guaranteed service. Factors such as, weather, location, drone operator availability and even law enforcement, all play a factor.
drone typically only takes up 5 seconds of your video, so you are still in great hands if its unavailable on your special day.
HOW MANY HOURS DOES THE CAMERA CREW STAY FOR?
Camera crew typically spends 6 hours on site sometimes less. We focus on the very important details of your day and our packages reflect that. We don't want to charge you more money just to sit around waiting for moments to happen.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
The sooner the better. Most couples book their special day a year or two in advance. We book based on who submits their deposit first.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
Deposit is half of total package price.
HOW MANY CREW MEMBERS COME TO MY WEDDING?
One camera crew member is guaranteed, we typically always have an assistant or second shooter with us as much as possible.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes we do destination weddings. The flight and hotel accomendations should be discussed with booking agent, in addition to the package price.
